“Diversity in cable today should be defined not only by the types of programming we create and the diversity of the talent that we see on screen, but also in the themes, thought processes, and intentions behind new projects,” says Farrell. As the executive in charge of production on many of Bravo’s highest-rated series, she has a strong hand in shaping the network’s programming face. She recently oversaw the expansion of Bravo’s “Southern Charm” franchise, and has been at work on the most recent season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
