Smith has more than three decades of experience in cable technical operations, and has overseen the development of three major data applications at Comcast. Not only has she been recognized by CableFAX, but in 2010 the SCTE CableTec Games honored she and her husband for their 20-year commitment to the promotion of competitive excellence among industry technicians. In her spare time, Smith is a certified Advanced Soap Maker and enjoys weekend motorcycle rides.
