But it wasn’t long before her grit and determination propelled her to the SVP level where she has since helped develop new initiatives, and forge structural alignment and support systems to improve performance and effectiveness. Her vision for streamlined automation and training of Time Warner Cable Media’s internal systems has freed up selling time and led to deeper analytics and insights for the entire company. These days, Nordholt oversees 8 regions and wields considerable power as a major influencer, but perhaps even more importantly she imparts her experience and wisdom to others. Her passion and intuition for discovering and elevating talent within her team hasn’t gone unnoticed within the company, and it’s yet another reason why her induction into the Cablefax Sales Hall of Fame is long overdue.
