Spotts is consistently open to new ideas from people in any department. Remembering that you can learn as much from your mentee as they can from you.

 

What/who inspires you at work? What/who inspires you outside the office?

My colleagues at Bravo are the smartest people I’ve worked with in 25 years in the business. They constantly inspire and challenge me.  Outside of work, I am inspired by a myriad of expressions of passion, including art, music, design, food, innovation, history and humor.

 

Your favorite trick for unwinding?

Palling around with my twin sons. They crack me up and constantly surprise me. #BestAntidoteToWork
