Faulkner incubates new growth opportunities for Cox, leading the company’s agenda in home security, with focus on driving products from incubation to commercialization. Her enthusiasm for seeing technology transformation and her desire for open collaboration have helped produce innovative new results in the industry. “The culture at Cox is unique,” Faulkner says. “It’s a ‘we versus me’ state of mind making our wins and achievements all the more rewarding.”

 What’s your favorite part of your job?

The people.

How do you define success in the workplace?

Having an ability to listen; all too often this gets overlooked, but it is incredibly important in engaging with others, influencing change and inspiring new opportunities.

Best trick for maintaining the person-professional life balance?

I’m continually working to master this one, but going on weekend getaways to the lake with my family is my best recharge.
