Harris successfully imparts legal advice to the NBCUniversal senior management team and continues to supervise the law department, which handles legal matters for all of NBCU’s business units, including the company’s film studio, two broadcast networks, 17 cable channels, 50-plus digital sites, and theme park operations. In addition, she has made major strides to bolster NBCUniversal’s commitment to diversity, both by working with minority- and women-owned law firms and by encouraging the legal community to embrace diversity in hiring.
