During the past year Lewis implemented strategic selling strategies that led to increased sales growth across all BETN platforms and cultivated strategic partnerships resulting in new business wins. She also established an internal career advancement program called “Next Level,” officially launching at year end, designed to help team members identify the pathway needed for them to get to the next level in their career. Lewis’ mentoring strategy involves sharing her own life experience. “I provide a snapshot of my journey which allows for someone to put themselves in my shoes as I am walking them through useful strategies in achieving his or her own goals.”
