She also helps deploy VOD, high-def and mobile TV services. Keeping up with the pace of technology is an uphill battle. “Our negotiations with video content owners are constantly evolving to address changes in video content delivery,” she says. Another hill to climb: “Addressing the rising cost and expansion of sports content on so many different channels and platforms.”
