Buchholz is busy developing Comcast’s new Innovation and Technology Center, a sustainable 59-story building to house Comcast’s technologists, engineers and software architects in Philadelphia. But she strives to balance work and home life by “having a set time weekly to review work and family calendars, being super organized, focusing on priorities and making sure our kids know how important they are to us and how important our careers are.”
