Morris’s focus is adding value to NBCU’s distribution partners and developing multiplatform initiatives to help drive MVPD, SVOD and all partner goals, including TV Everywhere and VOD. Her team also has driven awareness and tune-in for NBCU brands through strategic campaigns. She ensures, by working closely with all aspects of the company, the creation of short-form, curated and banked content to meet consumer needs and MVPD priority requests. This year she had even more on her plate, such as the marketing and communications for the company’s TV Everywhere initiative. Advice for her younger self? “Block out any negative noise or distractions, and say to yourself often ‘there is nothing I can’t do if I try.’”
