As leader of one of Comcast’s largest regions, Crowley has achieved many goals. He’s increased the number of Xfinity WiFi hotspots by hundreds of thousands to 750,000, reduced the number of service calls to customers’ homes by more than 6% from the previous year, and hired the region’s first-ever VP, Customer Experience. As 2015 continues, he’ll lead the region in introducing several new services, as well as upgrades that will help Comcast continue to expand.
