VP, Content Development
ESPN

Lynch’s team manages strategy and creation of original content across ESPN’s multiple platforms. No small job, considering the voracious appetites of sports fans. Sports docs from ESPN Films, unscripted series like “Rise Up” and sports-themed event programs are just a few of her team’s creations. Recent awards for her programming slate include the 2011 George Foster Peabody award and a Primetime Emmy nom for ESPN Films’ “30 for 30” series. And then there are her personal accolades, such as the WICT Signature Accolade and the NAMIC Vision awards. On a personal front, working with the homeless and student athletes are two causes she’s passionate about and traveled internationally to support.
