Under Esser and Campbell’s leadership, Cox has doubled the speeds on its most popular Internet tiers, and 2014 saw the launch of the company’s Gigabit speed tiers in Phoenix, with the MSO well on its way to offering the choice of Gigabit service to all markets by the end of next year. Cox also laid the groundwork to go all-digital with its remaining analog customers, rolled out its home automation network in more markets and expanded its WiFi network. This year the execs are also focused on building upon the momentum of Contour, Cox’s personalized video experience platform.
