In addition to making Cox Homelife available across all Cox regions this year, she has focused on aggressively deploying residential gigabit Internet service. What are the biggest growth areas for women in cable?

I think there are tremendous opportunities for women in operations. As companies consolidate markets the need for great leaders to manage big geographies will grow.
