Under Lee, the company’s wellness and work-life programs have flourished: she served on the committee that created an impressive Care Leave Policy, launched wellness clinics in Virginia and the UK and designed and launched an onsite fitness studio in L.A. Lee’s HR programs support more than 2,000 employees with a $3 million budget.
