Proving herself a key player when negotiating with some of Fox’s most complex distribution partners—including Comcast, Cox, Insight and Charter— led to Fang’s recent promotion. Still involved in major MVPD distribution deals, she continues to build positive rapport with distribution partners. Her lighter side shows when asked about Fox’s biggest innovation of the year: “There are many, but I love the ‘Simpsons World’ app.”

What’s been your company’s biggest innovation this year? 

There are many but I love the Simpson’s World app.  You’ll get to see it this fall.

What qualities do you look for when making a new hire? 

The right attitude, a willingness to learn, team player and the right balance of confidence and humility.

The continued proliferation of time shifted viewing and how we can better monetize it.
