Lambert is a Renaissance man inside a lawyer’s body. A regulatory specialist, not only does he represent Bresnan before all reg agencies, legislative bodies and industry organizations, he’s also the company’s point man on advanced services, particularly digital telephone. That’s enough of a load for most, but Lambert goes beyond the normal lawyer. The cable veteran of two decades is also instrumental in franchise issues, programming contracts, intellectual property matters and commercial services policies. He reportedly also finds time to sleep, eat and participate in Bresnan’s many community volunteer programs.
