Love oversees the massive enterprise-wide security program and process for Cablevision, exposing vulnerabilities and leveraging intelligence to make security measures more predictive and proactive. She also created a program to safeguard company assets and proprietary information when employees travel domestically and abroad. When not in the office, you’ll find this busy exec “hanging out with my grandson, who is the apple of my eyes.”

How do you define a successful career?

A successful career is defined as one that is free of obstacles that would hinder an individual from being able to move up or through the organization based on that individual’s career goals or aspirations.

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

There is no trick to maintaining a personal-professional life balance – it must be intentional and you to make it your number one priority.  My rule is to have priorities and for me personally, my family is a priority because when the career has ended and there is no more 9 to 5, it is your family that will be there when it most matters.

When not in the office, where are we most likely to find you?

When I am not in the office, you will find me hanging out with my grandson, who is the apple of my eyes.
