Kavanagh leads Oxygen’s digital initiatives on existing and emerging platforms. Since joining the company in 2006, she has helped fuel its rapid multiplatform growth. In her current role, she oversees Oxygen’s suite of digital assets, including Oxygen.com and OxygenLive.com, the first two-screen experience where fans can socialize, interact and react with the cable network’s talent during every episode in real time. Among other initiatives, Kavanagh leads the net’s authentication strategy.
