What’s the most important aspect of mentoring?

The most important aspect of mentoring is to reach back and to open doors for new talent. I have been blessed to have people assist me in my growth and development and it is now my responsibility to help mentor, acknowledge and promote rising talent.

 

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

The best trick is to recognize that there is no perfect secret for the work life balance struggle. Enjoy your work, work hard and then enjoy your personal time with whatever activity brings you joy. I love down time with my friends and family.
