On any typical day, Gaiski oversees Comcast’s multibillion-dollar content acquisition budget, negotiates and administers programming contracts, coordinates field operations and communications for the company’s three operating divisions. She’s known as a negotiator who is tough but fair, and as a relationship builder. Gaiski believes strongly in the power of mentoring and dedicates her free time to the furthering of young professionals both inside and outside of Comcast. “Being truthful, but kind,” she says is the most important aspect of mentoring.
