The multichannel concert series she constructed starring the renowned vocalist generated 20K new album sales in one hour, making it Richie’s most successful launch in 26 years. However, under HSN’s 24-hour live cycle, Cotter usually has only “seconds to come up with a solution.” She believes the time crunch does have its benefits. “With the insane pace, we have to treat each other with an infinite amount of respect and stay honest,” she says.
