Robertson has played a key role in WE tv’s evolution into a popular multiplatform brand and sits at the forefront both of creating interactive opportunities for the network’s increasingly digital audience and building additional revenue streams. Part of having a successful career, she says, is “have a passion for what you do… keep learning, take risks, and don’t forget to have fun.”

How do you define a successful career?

First and foremost, have a personal passion for what you do. Then, keep learning, take risks, and don’t forget to have fun along the way.”

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

No one day is balanced. You have to look at the big picture and choose your priorities daily.

When not in the office, where are we most likely to find you?

Home, at the gym, at the dog park, or driving my son around. He has a better social life than I do.
