His goals last year—which were met—were to initiate and complete Armstrong’s “All Digital” initiative, which eliminates analog distribution and provides customers with digital set tops (DTAs). Also accomplished was launching programming guides on both HD and SD devices in the most customer-friendly way possible. What’s next for Ross? Completing a swap out of all D2 modems with D3 in 2015.
