Even with a relocation from Charlotte, N.C., to New York, Parker found time to complete the NAMIC ELDP program this year. “The program was well organized and provided strong learning that I can continue to apply in my daily responsibilities,” she says. Best advice she’s received: “To continue to be viewed as valuable in your organization you must be able to help solve business issues. Do not get pigeon-holed, always look to broaden your skills and let others know you are open for new opportunities.”
