Taking the helm for the Freedom Region’s 2 million customers and 5,500 employees would be a sufficient challenge for anyone. Add to that the historic World Meeting of Families, momentous Philadelphia franchise renewal and Comcast’s focus on customer service transformation and it is clear that Samaha accomplished an impressive task in just the past year. Away from work, the devoted family man jokes his free time is fully occupied shuttling his children to and from various sporting events and music lessons.
