During the past 12 months, Boudreau finalized a nationwide business critical transformation and is shifting to leverage the lessons learned at the corporate office in Atlanta. While exceeding expectations on the transformation efforts, she mindfully participates and contributes to many WICT and WIT programs. “Structure, commitment and using actual life’s lessons are key to achieving program goals and continued success,” she says.

 

What’s the most important aspect of mentoring?

As a participant in the Cox and WICT formal mentoring programs I find that structure, commitment and using actual life’s lessons are key to achieving program goals and continued success.

 

What/who inspires you at work? What/who inspires you outside the office?

I am inspired daily at women leaders such as Jill Campbell and other leaders like Kevin Hart, our CTO, who support women in the industry.

 

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

Great planning and always having something special on the calendar to look forward such as a family vacation, personal and professional development or industry event.
