Boudreau got her start in telecom with “a part-time job in customer care [that] quickly turned into a 20-year career that’s still going.” In her latest role at Cox, Boudreau recently piloted a national effort to transform the company’s systems operations centers (SOC). By reducing SOCs from 16 independent markets to six regionally aligned systems, she helped reduce expenses by 30% while improving the customer experience and critical business metrics. Boudreau is active with WICT, and a key mentor in the industry. “The opportunities for young women looking to break into cable are vast, and continuing to grow,” she says.
