For TV Japan’s memorable tchotchke, International Media Distribution created origami packs that were included in greeting card mailers sent to Japanese-speaking consumers in Time Warner Cable and Comcast’s top markets. Recipients were sent to for folding instructions and special offers from the distributors. The #tvjapanorigami hashtag has more than 100 posts and Japanese cultural groups have requested more of the origami packs.
