Oxygen Media may have undergone a wholesale reboot into a crime channel, but the executive in charge of the network’s fi nances and those of sister Bravo, is as steady as they come. In fact, she’s part of the senior management team with oversight for both networks’ strategic and long-range plans. Tang focuses on Bravo and Oxygen’s growth across all platforms, always with an eye to expansion and new revenue streams. A mentor for many who also aspire to be fi nancial leaders within the cable industry, she says, “My strategy has been developing a long-term relationship with my mentees. I enjoy getting to know them on both professional and personal levels.”
