Tang’s duties include the development of both networks’ strategic and long-range plans, which these days may dovetail more with sister nets E! and Esquire. She acts as the strategic and analytical counterpoint and partner within the Bravo and Oxygen executive team, seeking out growth opportunities across platforms. Known for her exceptional work ethic, Tang also knows when to step away from the desk. “Carve out time for yourself no matter what,” she advises. “This may mean actually blocking out ‘me time’ in your calendar.”

Doing what you love versus doing what you have to do.  Also, feeling that you are growing and learning every step of the way.
