MacKinnon has led TWC through many challenges and opportunities in the political landscape, including one of the industry’s most recent hot topics, net neutrality. She is known as a masterful relationship builder and also for being approachable, humble and respectful. MacKinnon is never too busy to provide counsel to a TWC colleague or one of her many contacts outside of the company. “Going for a nice long walk,” she says, is the best way to unwind.
