Since TWC’s 2009 spinoff from Time Warner, MacKinnon has established one of the most effective and admired Washington teams in the business. She’s led TWC’s policy positions and advocacy efforts at the local, state and federal levels – and across every key telecom policy issue that’s arisen in the last 12 months. A founding member of TWC’s Women’s Leadership Council, MacKinnon is also a member of the WICT board. Her greatest accomplishment? Her two daughters, who are 11 and 8. Her greatest challenge? “Keeping the government out of our business!”
