In April, Abernethy left TVGN (soon to be Pop) and joined Univision, handling distribution for the company’s linear nets, including new English-language channel El Rey. She also manages Univision’s digital offerings, including UVideo and its TV Everywhere products. Her tip for maintaining personal-professional life balance? “It’s not the amount of time you invest but the ability to being truly present in the moment,” she says.
