Nikoo, who comes from a long line of engineers and is one herself, spearheaded the “Business Technical Group,” which brainstorms and develops solutions for the Business/Commercial Services sector. She has a goal to make CATV technology easier for women— and for any personnel new to the industry or from the non-technical side. “My favorite part of my job, and the biggest challenge, is that it never stays the same,” she says. “The hyperdrive, supersonic velocity that technology is changing keeps things interesting and keeps me learning.”
