Stone is an integral member of the senior management team and has been instrumental in shaping each of the network’s overall strategies and brand identities. A participant in the company’s mentorship program, she has a strong strategic mind that has made her critical to many successes for both networks. She credits her team for inspiring her, noting, “Their creativity and excitement for the work we do, combined with their inquisitive nature as to how and why we do things, never ceases to inspire me.”

 

What/who inspires you at work? What/who inspires you outside the office? 

Every day I’m inspired by the team here at Bravo and Oxygen. In addition to being really fun to work with, their creativity and excitement for the work we do, combined with their inquisitive nature as to how and why we do things, never ceases to inspire me!  Outside the office, inspiration for me comes from all over, from simply walking down the streets of New York City to exploring museums and taking trips to new places to my spending time with my friends and family.

 

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance? 

I don’t think I’ve mastered that one completely but I do like to put away the smart phone or at least turn it over so I’m not always tempted to check into the office!

 

Your favorite trick for unwinding?

That is easy, hanging out with my friends and family always helps me unwind!
