Those who have known Guthrie during his 30 years at Comcast see him as a great people person, a strong communicator and a manager who is heavily focused on employee engagement and leadership development. Clearly, the Big South Region is richer for Guthrie’s qualities as both an executive and a human being. A supporter of the Special Olympics, Guthrie personally mentors three individuals: a college student, a small business owner and a Comcast leader.
