Speciale has been with Turner only since February, but her reputation preceded her. She’s known for driving innovation and has a shelf full of accolades to prove it. Speciale made the leap to cable after 26 years on the agency side. “If I was going to change my career and move over to the sales side, I had to go to an organization that was focused on the future,” she says. “Turner is that company.”
