Former producer Nevins is a magnet for talented producers and actors, which makes him a principal player in Showtime’s recent string of hits, from “The Affair” to “Masters of Sex” to “Homeland,” the first project he greenlit at the network. He also greenlit the highly anticipated reboot of “Twin Peaks,” which, with Nevins at the helm, is in excellent hands even if it ends up being without David Lynch.
