Best Advice in 7 Words or Less: Stay focused and embrace change.
Levy and Martin have strategically added new blood to the upper echelon of Turner executives, with Martin overseeing the hires of Kevin Reilly and Pascal Desroches, and Levy moving Christina Millar from Turner Sports to Cartoon Network. The shift in leadership brings a fresh approach and new ideas to the executive suite. Levy merged ad sales across Turner’s domestic TV, news, young adult and kids’ brands, while Martin led a company-wide efficiency initiative. Unwilling to settle for the status quo, the duo continues to build on the success of all Turner networks by expanding its international footprint, plumping its programming portfolio and extending digital reach.
