What/who inspires you at work? What/who inspires you outside of the office?

What’s most inspirational for me at the office is when I see that people are just working really well together. It’s encouraging to know that colleagues can have a heated business debate in the office and then go out for a beer together at the end of the day. Outside of work, I’m inspired by my family and closest friends, for more reasons than I can put down on paper.
