Phillips has used her law degree to navigate affiliate agreements and contracts. In addition, her experience has helped her facilitate the finalization of multiple affiliate turnkey agreements and renewals covering eight different markets. She even persuaded 90% of affiliates in the East division to participate in a portal that simplified and secured partner data collection. For all her hard work, Phillips was presented with a GEM award, given to Comcast employees who work above and beyond to innovate, increase efficiency, and demonstrate leadership.

The first thing I read is theSkimm – a daily online newsletter summarizing the major current events in a way that’s informative and entertaining. Instagram is also tied for first as I love photography!
Misconception or stereotype of your generation drives you the craziest?
Characterizing Millennials as one undifferentiated group and ignoring the different segments within the demographic is a misconception that drives me crazy. The one size fits all approach is problematic for a demographic that includes young adults in various stages of life.
What is the one habit that makes you most successful?
Preparation is key – maintaining an organized and systematic approach from the start pays off!
