Ask Hopkins what the biggest story in cable is this year, and she’ll proudly point to GSN’s 81 million homes. She has negotiated countless renewals along with the launch/repositioning of about 4 million subs this year. On top of that, she helped launch GSN’s TVE app and got a big hug from President Obama while in Kansas City for the Independent Show. A good year indeed!
