MetroCast was on a mission to update its image to reflect current capabilities and the aspirational, sophisticated and professional image it wants to project. Enter D4 Creative Group, which developed a contemporary image campaign “MetroCast begins with ME” to emphasize how its services complement its customers’ digital lifestyles. This tech-friendly tone flowed into newly launched residential and business websites. Other outreach included TV, radio, newspaper/print, direct mail, outdoor and in-system signage. The results were higher acquisition and retention numbers, and improved website traffic.
