Her efforts in building Time Warner’s Customer Care Value Creation (CVC) program and the Advanced Agent Desktop for customer service reps became industry benchmarks. She calls the award “one of my proudest moments, joining an amazing group of women who helped chart the course for other women in the industry to follow. It was a truly humbling experience.”
