As lead negotiator for USA’s drama series “Mr. Robot,” Thomas-Taylor has been at the forefront in collaborating and advising on a multitude of issues relating to the lauded program—including negotiating a multi-year overall agreement for showrunner Sam Esmail. Thomas-Taylor is an executive who always takes the time to give career advice to up-and-coming employees, whether they’re interested in business affairs or other industry areas. She advises mentees to try to land informational interviews. “Mentees have shared with me that talking to different people about their work gave them great insight,” Thomas-Taylor says.
