Collins oversees sales, marketing and support for commercial services, which includes data, phone, video, wireless and Ethernet services to businesses of all sizes. Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Collins spent nearly seven years at XO Holdings, and served most recently as president of SMB and hosting for its Concentric unit. Earlier in his career, Collins was VP, marketing and product management of Intermedia Business Internet. He also has experience in sales, marketing and management with Bell Atlantic and AT&T.
