Inspired by the spirit of home design, Comcast looked to the magazine format to elevate the XFINITY brand. Not only did magalog result in increased calls or response rates, it led to a significant boost in average monthly recurring charges (MRC). Some 32% of customers from the magalog chose Digital Premier, the highest tier of service. And thanks to the in-depth product presentation of the magalog, average MRC increased 14% due to the higher video and Internet tiers chosen.
