Caldwell is responsible for all aspects of network operations for the West Region, including the broadband, fiber and switching infrastructure, which supports the products that TWC offers to more than 2mln residential and commercial customers. His earlier work in telecommunications and cable network upgrades has helped him when making the tough decisions on all technical aspects of the infrastructure. Clarence is an involved member of NAMIC, WICT and SCTE, where he shares his technical knowledge.
