Manley is principal legal counsel to Charter’s human resources department, where she is responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with all employment and labor laws. She oversees a team of both attorneys and support staff, managing all employment litigation, strategizing with senior executives as to the application of employment laws and providing legal guidance and counsel to human resources leaders. Additionally, she serves on Charter’s corporate compliance team, assisting in the development of human resources policies and procedures. In February, Manley joined the NAMIC National Board of Directors. “For over three decades, NAMIC has worked to foster inclusion and increase opportunities for ethnically and culturally diverse professionals in cable,” Manley said at the time. “I am excited to have the opportunity to support the mission.”
